The Plan
You have to have a plan in order to lose weight, right? So I'm going to have a Plan. Not a diet, not an "exercise regime". Just a plan.
Here's my first attempt at a plan. This way I can keep track of how well I do, according to the Plan:
~Eat fruits and veggies every day (even on the weekends)
~Eat an appropriate serving of ice cream, in an actual ice cream bowl and not a french onion soup crock
~Exercise 4x per week.
~Drink water
~Try to eat foods only with nutritional value.
That's the Plan. We'll see how it goes.
